After 11 successful years, conhIT is making its debut with a new name and an expanded focus on new target and specialist groups in order to be able to map the supply chain in the healthcare system holistically and in all process steps.

The promotion of interdisciplinary and cross-sector networking is the declared goal of the DMEA. This also raises questions about the IT infrastructure and security.

Who has access to which data? Where do you store the particularly sensitive personal data in your system? Does everyone really only have access to the data needed for daily work?

Here the Fileserver Management Suite supports you as a reliable solution for automated authorization management. Using the Fileserver Management Suite eliminates the time-consuming process steps involved in assigning authorizations, withdrawing authorizations, creating new protected directories and the complicated and time-consuming creation of reports on existing access authorizations or withdrawing authorizations when switching to another department.

Self service is the central idea and runs like a red thread through the Fileserver Management Suite, thus enabling the best possible automation of authorization management and relief of your IT administrators. Via the multilingual Self Service Portal, end users can request permissions or new directories with corresponding NTFS access protection. Data managers receive a clear and unambiguous overview of which persons have access to the data for which they are responsible and can also change these immediately or for a limited period of time. In this way, they can call up meaningful Reports on the current authorization status at any time without the involvement of the IT department.

Through the combination of Self Service and the comparison of the actual authorizations with the status defined by the data manager, you can see at any time who – when – what – where – why – changed, authorized or filed – even for times in the past. Thus, the Fileserver Management Suite offers freedom from time-consuming and annoying authorization assignments and time for the really interesting topics of IT administration.
